We work with passthroughs quite often and the KGO VV is definitely less durable then an eGo-C w/ pass through port on the bottom. The VV seems to be a lighter metal. It's longer while the eGo-C is a bit wider/rounder which makes it feel more durable.
I think a lot of people including myself will recommend a Protank. You can get them <$14 and the heads are reasonable as well.
They are definitely a heavier tank but any all glass Pyrex tank will be heavier than other clearos.
I think that is the biggest complaint from all of us that have the eRoll. I'm sure they will re-work the PCC eventually, but in the interim I don't think any of us have any issues with carrying along a small tin/case or bottle.
I'm still playing with it a bit but no issues with running it on a Mac via Parallels. Printed fine as well, my VM is Windows 7 Ultimate.
Overall it works as a base calculator, nothing too special about it. I will report back in more detail once I get a chance to stab at it a bit more.
Definitely agree with Kerry. If you're new start with some of the clearomizer/tank setup. I always recommend and prefer the bottom-feed setups, just as Kerry linked.
