    Evolv-ing Thread

If you like the temp control of the dna200, don't even consider anything rx. The rx gives control of the set temp, but absolutely no control of the wattage applied. I have an rx200s sitting on the shelf due to its poor temp control behavior - don't appreciate it hitting my .06 coils with 175...

When I started using the velocity with .15 ohm dual coils I dropped from 18 mg to 6 mg instantly. Juice consumption of course tripled from 3-5 ml a day to 10-15 ml a day. Currently working though my stockpile of 18 mg juice, cutting it to 6 mg in 120 - 150 ml batches as I go. I'm happy at 6 mg...

    HOTCIG DNA200?

http://evolvapor.forumchitchat.com/post/new-firmware-71-7490877?&trail=15 This is not the post I was thinking of, but mentions a power consumption issue correction and was one I found doing a quick skim back over the forums. If anyone received their device with a recently programmed board and a...

Bug in the early firmware the device ships with.

    HOTCIG DNA200?

Did you update the firmware yet? I believe the old firmware is what is draining the batteries during shipping.

    HOTCIG DNA200?

Room temp was 70 (verified with the temperature probe on my multimeter), battery was just under half. Expect it to take 3 - 4 hours to run the case analyzer test. I'm interested in seeing others results also.

    HOTCIG DNA200?

It's actually a nice little device. I bought it with the intention of taking the board out if it was a crappy box. The buttons are as expected - no mushiness. Time will tell on the battery fit, it's a tight connection for now.

    HOTCIG DNA200?

eciggity sells a bottom feeder pin for the full size velocity that is already flush with the bottom of the drip well - $2.99 vs $10 at avid. Both pins interchange between my authentic and two tobeco clones.

To fit 3 18650"s in that space, just make an L shaped pack, I'm gathering parts to build a bottom feeder now - was going to build my own packs, unless theirs will work for my needs.

I had an atantis drain itself sitting in a caddy, not the mod - I think they just lose the vacuum seal if not used for a while. Recently saw a recommendation on another thread to store the sub-ohm style tanks upside down to prevent leaking when not in use. As for juice leaking in the destroyer...

    velocity rda clone

Put slight sideways pressure towards the side with the notch while rotating - both of my tobecos need this to seat properly. The authentic cap drops right on no problem, but the drip tip threads are much cleaner and easier to catch on the clones:?:

    velocity rda clone

Been using a tobeco clone for a few days, have a small issue with one post hole cutting the nickel wire when the set screw is tightened down, otherwise love it and will be buying an authentic from avid when they are back in stock. I'm sure deburring the one hole would fix the issue, but I'm not...

Same here, been holding off on buying a dna40 hoping for something from the capt' - destroyer or cutlass doesn't matter, intend to get one of each if or when offered.
