Thanks man, sometimes i'd be staring instead of vaping lol Yup that's me. The finish I have now is done with some buffing with simichrome paste, after the brushing with the greenscotch brite.

    DIY Battery Voltage Tank-o-meter

Mini Lithium Battery Digital Voltmeter DC 3 3V 17V Blue LED Panel Meter 12V | eBay Better meter that shows 3 significant figures. I'll probably do a pic when I build my next gen with ebay meter, not for some time though. The tank i'm using is from fasttech, and can come in packs of 5

    Brushing and polishing battery tubes

I chuck my tubes on a drill bit, and set them on my drill press. I just hold green scotchbrite against it while the press spins You can slip your tube through a drill bit wrapped with something, and put it on a electric drill. Than hold your sand paper against while trying to make an even brush...

Sigelei #19 Tips, tricks, and DON'Ts

Used simichrome than used carnuba wax to protect it at first. I'll do a routine rub with klasse all-in-one for my car (removes oxidation, it's non-abrasive, and has some sealant properties. Approved for marine and aviation use), than coat it with carnuba a couple times. I didn't want to buy...

If anyone of you people who have the brass pin from celtic vapes, can you do some voltage-drop testing and comparison with the original brass pin (magnet-holder thingy)? I am interested, especially if your original #19's brass pin (magnet-holder thingy) has been tapped and dyed for a brass...

I don't think the purpose of the glue is to hold things together, I think they just put it there to piss us off or prevent us from modding (dont know why). Why sigelei, why!? Evil SOBs The original 19v1s weren't glued i believe, in the magnet or the switch.

Sigelei #19 Tips, tricks, and DON'Ts

If you brush it by hand, no, not enough speed. You can get your biggest drill bit, wrap it with some scotchbrite/towel/etc; and than, slide the #19 tube/parts over it. Use the electrical drill to spin the items you wanna brush, and just have scotchbrite on the other hand. It's harder to get an...

Or an electrical drill. I use a drill press. So not that far off. Yeah I don't see why you couldn't. I think most people who go for a pure mirror finish use a dremel or rotary tool. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
