It strongly reminds me of the cigar. I have used the same flavors dripping in a 510 and for refilling the cartomizers on the KR8. It always surpises me with the subtle changes from each model. Enjoy!

I use the G500 occasionally. It's kind of pricey if you have to keep buying the cartomizer stems. I have found a refill method so its a little better. It is quite a bit heavier and a little larger than the 601. My preference is the 601 with blue foam over the atomizer and dripping on to the foam.

I hope you are building on a full crook design. Although I would try a straight stem if it has a good replaceable atomizer:cool:. Maybe a poll is in order for stem shape. Just a thought.

I must agree that it sounds like the vacuum switch is stuck. There is disassmbly and manual conversion info with pictures in the modders forum and the 601 model specific forum. Enjoy.

Don't know where you got it from but it might be time to check out the warranty. I have 3 of the DSE 601 pipes and they all stay on (red light on) as long as I inhale strong enough to keep the vacuum switch activated.
