I agree on the nuttiness with the RY1. It gets even more pronounced as it steeps. I had been wondering if it was the ACV contaminating the mix, but I see you taste the nuttiness as well. After blazing through the first 30 ml of the ry1, I had to take a break...but it's back in the rotation...

Wow, I am one happy camper thanks to this thread. Got my Hangsen RY1 in from ecigexpress today. I mixed it up per BJ43's and Jimi D's tips. I did a 30 ml bottle at 40/60 PG/VG with 18mg nic. Dripped 30 drops of RY1 into a syringe to see how many ML's it came out to, and it hit at about .8 ml...

I saw that at the end of the thread. Lemon is good for fruity flavors, vinegar mellows out tobacco flavors...I am going to give that a try. Thanks for responding!

Any of you use vinegar in your mixes? This Harvest Berry is surprisingly bland. Wondering if something can make it sparkle a little. The exhale has nice flavor and I get a corn syrup aftertaste, but there's nothing on the inhale...no throat hit. It's about a 50/50 with 16mg nic with 15% Harvest...

You're right about that. Perfumey scent isn't an indicator of flavor strength. Just tried the 15% Harvest Berry I made and it is not nearly as strong as I thought it would be. Very nice and subtle for a sweet flavor. Could probably go higher. :)

Trying a Banana mix...it is very much a candy Banana...strong smell. Hoping it doesn't overpower everything.

I get it now. That is odd, but like WallyO said...that could make sense if they're bulk mixing just flavor for continued use. Could make things simpler.

If you are referring to my post, I had 20% total, 15% waffle, 3% pancake syrup, 2% EM - 2ML out of 10ML went to flavoring. I have no clue what I am doing, but it's fun albeit kind of a pain in the rear.

Personally, I can't wait. When I get a juice, I try it. If it doesn't taste right, I let it steep. For example, two weeks in Hawk Sauce definitely became more balanced. I've found higher VG needs more steep time. It takes forever for that stuff to mix around properly. I don't have gallons of...
