I almost always build below .5 ohms on my mechs and RDAs. On my 18650 mods, and Sony VTC5 batteries, I go as low as .08 ohms with no problems. If you read the spec sheet on the sony VTC5 it shows how it can handle higher than even 60 amps safely.
