The Mint Chocolate Chip is pretty good by itself. I think I mixed it at 10% when I first got it. You could maybe try mixing it with a little vanilla swirl in the future for Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.

I've been waiting for Wizard labs to restock their nic liquid, too. The other day I noticed that High Desert stocks Wizard's nic. I picked up 120ml. I just checked, and all they have left is 30ml. It might be a good place to keep an eye on when Wizard sells out again.
