I'm glad you like it. I like the concept but the fit and finish of the unit I received is sub-par for the price I paid. Pre scratched and dinged then half ... polished over. Dust under and scratches on the screen protector......not happy.......I guess I'm just too picky.

I fully understand where your coming from. If people are demanding AW's cell's then they probably know exactly which one they want (1600ma or 2000ma) keep a couple of each in stock :)

Your right give people what they want...................not the best suited for your product :) And I see you edited your post.........I have been working with AW Cells for YEARS....before Vaping was even remotely popular. I've never had a big brand name like Samsung, LG, or Panasonic...

I would just use the Panasonics......there are among the best. If your selling mods then go with what you want and be done with with it :)

You sure those are good cells? I took the advise of people here stating the Nano-Tech round 1200mah cells where good and I think they are JUNK. They get HOT during a 5amp Discharge test they even hit 100f with a fan on them. The AW 18650's barely get warm. I have 3 of them in my DNA20 Box mod...

That video made no sense. They showed the battery 100% intact sitting next to something that was charred. I have fixed many Ego battery's for the local vape shop and they all use single cells.

I finished up my DNA20 mod last night and the up function was not working. An hour in I figured out the "Up" solder point for the external button was dead / open connection. Using a meter there was no continuity with the onboard button and the "Up" solder pad!

Just Vape it and don't smell it :)

Just got a few of these and just fully charged one and put it on my Battery Analyzer at a 5amp discharge test / graph. I pulled the plug as at 800mah into the discharge the battery temp was at 120f. I can do this on a AW 1600mah IMR cell and the temp barely goes over 80f throughout the whole...

That is Chad Nichols Moku-Ti. It's $950 per foot of 1" rod. I order SS Damascus from him all the time. It's brutal to work with but comes out nice. Also Moku-Ti is etched via chemical....it's called multi etch.

Only if you want it that way :) I can do customization on a single level.
