It looks like a disposable tank. If you like that style tank look for an iclear16. The tank looks similar to the tank you show here, but it unscrews from the base to change out the atomizers. Usually you can pick one up for around $8.

For an atomizer tank (wick tanks) with a 2.2 ohm coil you probably don't want to set your voltage above 4.2 ish. It will give you some dry hits. And burn out your atomizer a lot quicker if you go above. Just a quick example hope it helps.

Where you want to be set on voltage or wattage really depends your preference and what ohm coils you have in your tank. Also what tank you are using. I find that I can go a little higher in voltage with a cartomizer tank coiled at the same ohms as an atomizer tank.
