When looking at various mod specs, i see a lot of info that doesn't make sense to me. For example the IPV mini spec states that the max amp draw is 13, but according to ohm's law 30W at 0.5 ohm is 7.74A So are the specs just wrong or is the chip doing something i'm not aware of?
