Where Can I Get A......? Is there something better than the 510?

I am like you too and I am surpised that no one has mentioned the new Prodigy v.3 from PureSmoker. It is a 5V device that puts out a ton of vapor, the batteries last 24 hours even if you are chain vaping! It is, I believe, as satisfying (if not more) than analogs!

Protege malfunction, what do I need to replce?

I also have to say that I have several 510's which suck in comparison, but it is better than nothing. They taste funny too (plastic-y?), unlike Prodigy which had a nice and clean vapor. Oh, I miss it so much. By the way, it fell out many times out of that pocket before but I was always able to...

Protege malfunction, what do I need to replce?

I know, it is so stupid. I keep it in my purse pocket (vertical but open) when I go out and it probably fell out somewhere, most likely at a skating rink :( Probably some kid is going to find it... I freaked out BIG time but I had the Prodigy at home (which I never liked because the switch was...

Protege malfunction, what do I need to replce?

Ok, I figured that I am eligible for a new switch for my Protege thanks to reading this forum(should have done it first). But still have a question regarding Prodigy - which parts do i need to buy to replace my lost Prodigy (still have batteries and charger)? Thank you all!

Protege malfunction, what do I need to replce?

Hi guys, I have a Protege (901 mini, the original version) that never worked right. It was OK because I also had a Prodigy but then I lost the Prodigy and have been using Protege for the last couple of weeks. No matter how much I charge the batteries, clean the unit or replace the atomizer, I...

    Help - Prodigy stopped working!

Thanks, guys! I sent a ticket, so will see. Could not help it while I was on their site and bought myself a Protege kit (just could not help it, it looks sooo goood!)

    Help - Prodigy stopped working!

I got mine in July and it has been awesome, until this week. I noticed that I had to push the manual switch several times to get the atomizer to heat and produce vapor. After several days of this and replacing batteries more frequently, my Prodigy refused to work completely!!! I tried replacing...

    Strange headache/pressure

Hi all, I have been vaping exclusively since July 25 and lately I have had a non-stop headache for about a week now. It feels like the back of my neck gets really tight and squeezes my head all the way up to my forehead. There are tons of sore spots on the back of my head. Also I feel like there...

Acrolein from VG?... Simple Test results

Wow, thanks for posting this. I also have a Prodigy and was wondering how high the atomizer can heat up. It is great news that the temperatures do not reach high enough levels to produce acrolein!!! Even if your test was not as rigorous as you want it to be, I am sure most of us on this forum...

    For purists (kind of)

OK, for those who are following this thread in search of the purest nicotine method. After reading a bit I now understand that tobacco specific nitrosamine form as a process of CURING tobacco when amines in tobacco are combined with nitrites. So fresh uncured tobacco does not contain...

    For purists (kind of)

That is a very interesting way of extracting nicotine. However, you posted this in response to Hightech's post about nitrosamines. Is there any evidence that the apple method removes or at least reduces TSS nitrosamines?

    For purists (kind of)

You can laugh all you want, but no one is making you read this thread, unless you are "a purist, kind of..." Don't worry I am already acutely aware of the conflict between smoking analogs/vaping and the organic natural/lifestyle. I believe we are all hear to support each other not to make fun of...

Least contaminated source of tobacco for nicotine extraction?

well, the whole idea of wanting to have "something clean to vaporize" implies that you want to get the cleanest tobacco. To me this means pure organic tobacco and I searched the whole internet and could not find anything other than American Spirit and it is just expensive. As for the process...

Least contaminated source of tobacco for nicotine extraction?

He can buy organic RYO tobacco here http://www.smokes-spirits.com/Productdetails.aspx/Tobacco/RollYourOwnTobacco/opt/product/7386/store/16/category/20/campaign/0. In fact, I bought a pouch and will be extracting my own nicotine soon, it does not require a science lab :) There are tons of recipes...

I want something like a key finder for my e-cig

I have a case for my 501 but now that I have Prodigy, there is no case for it. I keep leaving it everywhere and I take it with me and put in my purse. At least with analogs, if you lose a pack, who cares, just buy a new one. With Prodigy, I am especially anxious. Don't wanna lose this treasure...

I want something like a key finder for my e-cig

I keep losing my PV in my purse or at home and frantically searching for it. Is there something I can attach to it that will beep if I press a button? Sort of like a key finder that they used to sell at Shaper Image? thanks

Anything else we can vape instead of PG, VG, and PEG?

I would try alcohol based herbal tinctures, something innocent like chamomille or rosehip. Maybe mix 50/50 with VG for vapor? As for adding honey and the like, I read somewhere here that sweet/sugar-containing substances kill atomizers. Have not tried this myself though. At the moment I am...
