    DNA 200 Watt

Just posting to say I picked up LittUp Custom 44's for my wife and I earlier in the week. Great battery life (2000mAH Lipo: 22.2 Watt/Hours!). I've been extremely impressed with Evolv's software and the work that's been done so far. After a discussion with Ari Mouritades from Sweet Spot...

My wife's vaping needs are fairly simple and I'll be a bit surprised if her mod ever goes beyond 30W. The local B&M had purchased 5 at the Las Vegas show. Unfortunately, there was some confusion around pricing and they bought them at retail. The market for higher end mods isn't strong in...

LiquidDave - just picked up a Litt from a local B&M last night for both my wife and I. BIG box with battery for days. If my wife decides she doesn't like hers for some reason, I'll let you know.

^^^^ I suppose I may be asking too much to expect the people marketing a high-wattage electrical device to be able to spell correctly too. ;-)

I'm thinking either LittUp 44 or Cloudmaker DNA. Litt is 22.2 Watt/Hour :o

Ian - I understand your point, but I don't know that the situation would be any different in that case. The 18650's are still going to have the same power potential and I'd still likely run out of battery mid-day. Possibly faster because of the tendency to run at higher wattage? Sigh...first...

question for those who have a DNA200 in their hands now: how's the battery life? Currently, I'm running a VaporFlask 2.1 with LG HE4 batteries. As I understand it, these batteries give you 3.7V*(2500mAH*2)/1000= 18.5 Watt/Hours. Looking at the majority of the DNA200 devices, they're running...

RDA Unboxing and a quick look at Marquis RDA clone by Ivogo

ukeman - I had the same problem with my clone and fixed it by removing the o-ring on the delrin top-cap, wrapping 4 or 5 wraps of sewing thread in the space where the o-ring goes, and replacing the o-ring. That allows the o-ring to sit just a bit further out and give you a tight seal.

The only difference twisting two wires is that you (for obvious reasons) can't put it into the paperclip in the drill chuck. I just crimp the wires in the drill chuck and fire away.

Dumb question: once you saturate the coil with juice shouldn't room temperature juice bring the coil to room temperature, or is there something I haven't considered?

I've seen one oddity that I've been unable to explain and, since your post touched on a similar issue, I used it. :) How would you explain a situation where the coil resistance goes DOWN over time. For example - start with a .11 coil and, over time, the coil then begins reading at .10, .09, or...

Wicking is one of those areas that, IMO, is the most difficult to learn....and one I continue to struggle with. It's one of those things that has to be done by feel and seems to be nearly impossible to describe in words. Add to that the fact that different wicking materials require different...

Guys - Looking for some hints as, frankly, I'm about ready to throw in the towel on Ni200. I've been trying to build evenly spaced coils with either twisted 30ga or 28ga and am not having any luck staying out of TP. In addition, some of my coils are getting sheared off when I try and tighten...

RDA Unboxing and a quick look at Marquis RDA clone by Ivogo

Got a different clone yesterday, but I don't think it was an Ivogo (different box). The top cap on mine is pretty loose and I'm not completely convinced they drilled the holes for the building rods correctly as they don't seem to line up right. Waiting for the authentic to come back in stock...

RDA Marquis RDA by Avid Vaper

Got a Marquis clone, but the top cap is a bit loose and I'm not completely convinced the clone has the pin holes in the right place. The coils aren't lining up quite as easy as I'd anticipated. Waiting for more stock to come in for an authentic.

VapeDemand - Customer service issue : MJMcMahon

Package was received yesterday, but there was no postmark that indicated when the package was actually handed off to USPS. Given that I'm only about 850 miles from the sender, it shouldn't have taken a week to arrive. Based upon USPS' estimated transfer times, I'm guessing the package wasn't...

New Anti-Vaping Laws at my Apartment Complex

I wish I could say I was surprised by the OP's situation but, unfortunately, this is the current State of the Union. Apparently, it's unimportant what the facts are, it's only important what others perceive the facts to be. You appear to be smoking, therefore you are and are one of those evil...

LOL, no...actually I'm on my laptop - a little Lenovo with a 15" screen, albeit at 1366x768. I'm nearsighted, but the contrast against the white (rayon?) wick made me wonder what the heck Kiwi had on his coil! In the bottom pic, you can see that it's cut into the wire...looks like the 2nd and...
