    My favorite build to hit around .4 is twisted 28g. I use about a 2.4mm drill bit, 7 wrap duals, and it meters exactly to .4 It still won't be a big cloud chaser until you go lower in ohms, unfortunately.     Here's one of many I've been playing around with lately. Twisted 28 alongside 24g paralleled, 6 wraps per side, 1/8" ID, .18Ω. The vape is not as dense of clouds as most builds this low but it still keeps a good flavor. Also heats up suprisingly even!
