2 weeks is a good amount of time. i don't steep either, but juices i find to be sub-par out of the package, i revisit 2 weeks later to see if they've improved.

if you're looking for strong menthol (not mint) juices, vapedudes and mister e liquid have probably the most popular ICE lines. you might have better luck with those.

5 days in Accepted state is pretty good...my orders have ranged from 9 to 11 days before finally being processed out of HK. i currently have a brass nemmy with that status, so we'll see how long it takes this time around...
