You can't completely get rid of voltage drop, and most of that drop is probably happening inside the battery, since all batteries have their own internal resistance. The more current you draw the more drop you will get.

I got got 1/4-28 brass bolt and tried it, it only threads about 1/2 turn before binding. Did you re-tap the hole in your button for 1/4-28? I wouldn't think that would work out very well with the existing threads there.

Does someone know what the threading is for the telescope tube?

It happens in both chrome and firefox browsers. The server is sending obviously malformed html as seen in the html source, nothing to do with the browser.

Well that's disturbing. I suppose maybe I should have verified on my own mod what the threading is. Maybe the different models all have different threading? I was basing it off of this post specifically: I have a 19b, I will post results when my screws come in if they fit or not.
