Problems with Vicious Ant's Valkyrie - Possible recall?

#167 here... same issue. Beautiful mod- would be nice if it fired properly. I actually took out the rubber stopper on mine and just didn't screw the connector pin down all the way so that it doesn't autofire... It works sporadically like that but it's less than ideal. WE NEED NEW SWITCHES!

How do you organize all your vaping 'stuff'?

I have a vapecrate to hold my mods and a toolbox to hold my supplies... within the toolbox are smaller bins to hold juice and specific parts .

Should I just get a Provari?

I also went from cigalikes to a Provari... while the built in multimeter and vv settings were nice to haves, it wasn't worth it in my opinion... I found that I preferred lower resistance than the Provari could handle so moved over to Mechs and never looked back. I'll say this, if you never...

Anyone order the Magneto (Wooliston) clone yet?

pretty funny considering the magneto is basically an nzonic clone. cloning clones now- where does it end :P

    Wanna upgrade

You can have a field day on FastTech for $100 if you don't mind clones. $100 could get you mechs, attys, a multimeter, & batteries with room to spare IF you have any interest in rebuildables. You can always scour the classifieds for a used Provari mini which might be more your speed (but will...

    Accidental Pocket Fire..Lesson Learned

not sure on the exact specs of the others... while some go a little lower, none work below .5 i have two short stops and a kick clone just sitting here because they dont work on 95% of my builds

    Accidental Pocket Fire..Lesson Learned

sorry- dready... that sux man. not sure if this applies to you but iirc shortstop doesnt work on sub ohm builds below .8

    Is The Provari Worth It?

I'll say no here... I started with one and while it was well built and easy enough to use, a mech with a kick will give you consistant hits out of your batteries, or you can go lower resistance than a provari would allow (without a kick). Provari is basically a multimeter and vv kick built into...

    Oxidized center post?

My first experience in sub ohm vaping was on a Nimbus a few months into building coils... I used a multimeter, and didn't get any strange readings but my centerpost was definitely flamed looking after my coil. My guess is when the top cap went on I must have moved a coil and shorted somewhere...

Altria now indicates support for FDA regulation of e-cigs, fails to acknowledge that "deeming" reg would ban all e-cigs

Sounds like it's time to embrace DIY juice... as long as there isn't an issue with getting liquid nic.

    Private V2 vs Nzonic V3

Good choice btw... IMO- a Trident BELONGS on a Private v2.

Where can I get a spare screw for my RSST?

did the same thing... home depot didn't have anything close, so I went to radio shack and found their smallest size screw packs which worked.

iHybrid LE vs. Zen vs. The Odachi - Which one should I choose?

iHybrid will take some work and time to get... Zen2 is easily available and you can get a 510 connection so that you have the option of using your current attachments as opposed to being held down to one hybrid atty. Odachi looks nice but I have no opinion on its performance. Based on...

What are the advantages to a mechanical mod?

Provari is a rock solid VV mod, but I hated that it wouldn't let me use sub 1ohm coils... I like using sub 1 coils (that can be handled by my batteries btw) in order to achieve massive hits out of my Nimbus and Trident RDA's... Genny tanks (which I also love) do not need sub 1 ohm to work well...

    everyones must have favorite?

I hate to promote the hype train here, but these two are well deserved of it and my must haves: MM Pluid - 10mg AVE Bobas Bounty - 6mg Also, Honest Vapors Rodeo Red and Anarachy are two of my favorites to drip.

    vanilla custard

I actually like Velvet Cloud Vapor - Vanilla Custard over Grants... to be honest, I didn't like Grants at all, and cannot understand the hype there.

Why don't YOU choose to DIY juice?

    1) I have a Pluidiction 2) I already spend too much time building coils 3) Others out there have already achieved great flavors after countless dollars spent on trial and error... saying DIY is less expensive is like saying e-cigs are cheaper than analogs... in theory yes, they can be- but it...

Will a 16g blunt tip fit in a ZAU?

thank you... will probably just deal with the 18g at that point... I didn't mind drilling my cap, but I'm not sure drilling out the tank would be worth the risk in functionality

Looking for a super small (18350) mech mod.

I use my dx-350 as my out and about mod, but I still haven't gotten used to the 'battery rattle' It looks great, works fine, but has some quirks to it... I'd recommend it, but don't expect perfection
