Thank you Rickajho . I am picking up a nitecore d2 (says it can support 26650's). However for my own understanding, if the tr001 had a big enough bay for the 26650 to fit in ONE SIDE (not crossing or paralleling anything), it should charge the battery, probabbly slow though... correct?

I appreciate the reply ScottChensoda. but how does what I am proposing push the parameters of safety to the 'extreme'? If a 500ma charge is put out by the charger, I am sure it is much safer to charge with a low amp charge than it is with a high amp charge would it not (honest question)...

does the 4.3 have small fogger or big fogger screws? Mine stripped on my 4.3 this weekend. was not even applying very much pressure at all, then the dreaded jump occured. I have a tap and die's but am pretty sure nothing this small.

I think If I make the vertical channels a bit deeper and keep the depth even to where the channels transition, it should do well to its performance. the positive block is a little cocked ccw, but that is my fault as i loosened up the center shaft and was too lazy or did not care to straighten...

channels not meeting vertical channel not making it to the wicking area very good. cannot even see the left vertical channel when the chimney is on. can barely see the right.

my channels look just like that r91 above. I will try to get a shot next time i break it down. Right now I avoid repeated pulls on it. Its fine if it has the time to catch up. Just that sometimes I am not willing to give that time ;)
