I have a Provari but have not used a Vamo - 2, 3 or otherwise. The Provari is pretty dependable, but I can make it screw up on demand with certain BCC tanks on it. YMMV.

Evics seem a bit flimsy compared to other mods that I've used. Friends that have had them reported control heads breaking off - which seems to have been remedied somewhat with the latest head. Have to check with those that have one to see what they're experiencing now.

Instructions included with Protank wicks recommend running coils with a higher ohmage than I recall being "standard." Essentially, you need to use a 2.5 Ohm coil when a 2.2 Ohm coil would have been the norm. I'll see if I can dig up the particulars.

I agree. Kanger seems to be trying to push innovation instead of just copycatting other manufacturers. Kudos to them.
