Try FA bilberry. Had some good success with this in a recipe this week. Bilberries are a more tart version of blueberries but still pretty similar. Just be careful with the stuff..it's super strong. 2% in a recipe made itself very well known.

You could also try adding sweetner, vanillas or creams, sour, or EM to get it to pop. Sometimes stand alone fruits need a little something to give them a boost. I would also highly recommend trying FA white peach. It might just be that Cap peach isn't what you're looking for.
