    G6 Battery too old?

Usually the signs of an old battery are: - Doesn't last long (discharges quickly; doesn't hold a charge) - Charges too fast If you make a mental note of how long they usually last and how long they take to charge, you'll have a data point to compare when suddenly you notice that you are...

Are they right next to the Alamo Drafthouse on Mason Road? If so, I didn't even know they were there. I was just out there a few days ago to see Mission Impossible. I'll visit them next time. Hanzo.

Awesome! When it's time to quit, just do it. Don't play games with finishing this pack or that carton. Just make the decision and do it. You'll know when. As for what comes next... In a week or two you'll figure out what you don't like about the Triton and that will give you the prompt for...

    Advice?

I get ya. Some tricks that worked for me: - Stinky tobacco with a nic bump higher than usual - Flavorless with or without nic bump - Voltage/wattage bump - Liquid with higher PG for better throat hit (70/30) - Understanding friends playing xbox - Loud music - Long drive GL dude. Hanzo.

Boge Cartos - did I get duds, or am I doing something wrong?

I just noticed the join dates for the people that replied to this thread: 2012; 2012; 2013; 2011; 2011; 2013 Bunch of crotchety old-school carto users. Eh eh. Here's to us... the evidence that the FDA can't seem to find. Hanzo.

Boge Cartos - did I get duds, or am I doing something wrong?

I have had the same experience. My interpretation was "bad carto." It has happened once or twice to a single carto in a box, and once to an entire box. Super cool that you took it apart. I didn't do that. It's clearly burnt. That could be a bad coil, but it could also be vaping it dry...

I don't know for sure if Halo will replace a DOA clearomizer, but it is definitely worth talking to them. In the vape world, there isn't always a warranty. If there is, you may have mere days from receipt to let the retailer know there's a problem. Many of us started on Halo liquid and...

Did you get your Triton? Do you like it? Did you find a good coffee? I never found a good coffee and gave up. Have you been to a vape shop? Hanzo.

My two favorites around H-town are Spring Vapor and Kick Ash. I think Spring Vapor is an ECF registered merchant. Drive time up 45 for me is more than 2 hours round trip, so I just have them ship to me (usually 1-2 days). Their house made juice is pretty good and the price is right. Spring...

    Recommended Wattage for your juice.....

Just to expand on this a little, generally (but not always) some of the variables are: - Smaller vapor chambers increase flavor - Greater air flow increases vapor, cools the wick faster - Larger wicks bring juice in faster and cool the coil faster - Larger diameter coils can take larger wicks -...

How many bottles of e-juice do you go through a month?

I keep pretty good records of what I use. Assuming I'm not missing anything when I generate the report, my best guess is: 1002 mls over the last 202 days averaging 4.9 mls/day. I generally use a carto tank, kayfun, and dripper running 8-15 watts. Hanzo

    Having trouble with the analogs

I agree that bumping your nic to 12 is a good idea to try. I have some 18 in reserve just in case. Might also increase the power (increase voltage, decrease resistance, ...) to increase the vapor production and throat hit. For me, vaping has never been as good as smoking. They are close, but...

looks like the party's ending for BT.

I remember being a smoker. I remember looking at fake cigarettes with contempt. I thought, "Either you want to smoke or you don't. Why fake smoke?" Smokers don't want fake cigarettes. Also, in my experience, smoke shops try to sell vape stuff for outrageous prices. The last time I visited...

flavors that wont make my beer taste weird

Have you tried it w/o any flavoring? There's just a hint of sweet and a hint of acrid. I like it. Hanzo 7/22/2015 2:33 PM

    im ticked off

I agree with the previous posters that vape style changes (frequency of use, length of button push, voltage, etc.). You might also try cleaning the connections (device and topper). Gunk build up on the 510 connector can add resistance that can negatively affect performance. Hanzo.

    Coil ohms...can you explain please.

Generally, more power gives more vapor and more flavor. In your T3, more power will give you more vapor/flavor until it tastes burnt (the wick can't feed liquid fast enough). If you are using a variable voltage (spinner, twist, mvp, vamo, etc.) or variable wattage (mvp, vamo, etc) device...

What's the point of high wattage box mods?

Generally clearomizers and carto tanks have higher resistance coils (1.8-3 ohms) made of thin wire and little wicks. Rebuildables like a kayfun or dripper might have lower resistance coils (.5-1.5 ohms) made from thicker wires and much bigger wicks. Little wires need less energy to heat up...
