I had that happen to me! I returned it for another at the vape shop. I think it's because the threading is off enough to block air flow. The pro tank 2 is out and it's had an improved design!

I've been told when filling and the protank is upside down. Insert a q tip from the bottom up do when you fill it no juice gets in. It doesn't make any sense and sounds like it has nothing to do when the tank gets low on juice but it works better that way

Sorry I'm posting so much I just keep remembering things, if you get the tackle box with the lure boxes you can get a labeler and label were things go if you want to also. Just stop in a walmart or sporting goods store and look at some tackle boxes.

Newer tackle boxes that have organizers that are for fishing lures fit an array of vape stuff. And the dividers can be taken out for longer items like batteries. The more I think about it I'm liking the lock on a kitchen cabinet idea for a childproof home safe
