if it was me i would rinse the tank really well and change the coil, you can always keep the other for cin when you decide to use it again.

My best guess at a worst case scenario is we all end up being DIY'ers just like the RYO crowd. Battery's and tanks really cant be controlled to well and can always be marketed for a "different" purpose. it will probably come down to just cant be sold as a kit type thing.
