I don't believe you understand. The juice is already made in 15ml batches. I'm just adding sweetener to a small amount of premade juice. I don't see the need in making a whole new 5ml batch just to try 1% sweetener.

I have scales but have never tried mixing by weight. I have some juices that I made that are ok but I think they might benefit from a small amount of sweetener. In order to try 1% of the sweetener that is "full strength" I would have to mix it with 5ml of juice. I don't want to waste that...

Thanks for the reply. I understand about the dropper. Mine is 21 drops per ml. I'm only going to be dealing with 1-3 drops and I think the dropper will be more accurate than the 1ml syringe at those quantities.
