    Matt. So sorry to hear about your grandma. My dad had that and it is very hard to deal with. May I suggest you put up a big sign by the phone that reads 911 is for emergency only. This may help her to remember.

    The really sad thing is that he had a really nice mod going, and with the addition of the DNA20 chip, it made them more desirable. Then it all has to get screwed up by not sending out mods and not replying to e-mails. The reason is totally unknown, it might be a family issue, a personal issue...

    I did the same thing that you are doing now and the Two extra weeks only made it a longer wait. I strongly suggest that you contact ECF like I did and notify them of your situation. From past performance, he is not going to answer you and you are just going to agonize for another 2 weeks.
