Ahhhh. Screw in the bottom pin at least a full turn then screw in the bottom cap to snug up to the battery. There should not be a gap at the bottom between the tube and the button.

Make sure you remove the kick ring. It's the slim polished piece just under the top cap. It's hard to tell that it's removable. It will force you to extend your bottom post if it's left in there. What battery are you using? Button top or flat? Can you screw the post in, snug up the bottom cap...

I think you had to extend the bottom post too far because you left the shiny kick ring in. I didn't see it when I first got mine either. I'd pull it out of the trash and give it another shot man. Worst case you can get your money back by selling it. Hell, I'd pay you fasttech's price right now...

The review video shows that it has an adjustable top pin....screw/unscrew to adjust. The real nemesis has different length top and bottom pin screws so you can tune to your battery if the switch is too long or too short. I'm not sure if real parts will work on this one though.
