Have you tried P90X at all? Trust me. You can do it. You just have to be motivated and want to do it. And yes, it does work ;)

I didn't quit. I smoked for about the first half of my first 90 days. Once I did back off of cigarettes and then quit, it made a huge difference in my cardio endurance.

Been doing P90X for about 5 months now...
