I started with 32 about a month ago, I tried an 18mg liquid because I liked the flavor and my B&M didn't have anything higher in the flavor. The cravings came back. I'm currently happy with 24 and I hope I'll get down to 18 and then eventually lower. I'm targeting 12 to 6 as an end goal.

I also want to know how long RY4 should steep. I've heard great things about it, but I tried it too early at 4 days. It tasted like maple syrup, vanilla, and pancakes. A friend of mine described it as IHOP as a steam. I'd like to know how much longer to let it sit before trying it again.
