For me, the re-wicking daily isn't because the cotton is shot, it's the gunk/oxidation on the coils that need to be dry burned and brushed off. The cotton is actually in decent shape, it's the coils that get so gunked up which creates the change in flavor (in a bad way) and VD.

Since switching to organic cotton, I couldn't imagine using silica or ekowool. The flavor, cost, and ease of use is in the favor of cotton by a landslide IMHO.

Yea, I hear ya. I mean, flavor is good, and the draw is 100000x better than the KFL but it just doesn't seem to wick that great. Gonna try an ekowool build and see how it goes.

Cannot attest to the atty/carto you are using, but even with the RM2 it isn't gonna throw clouds like other mech/atty combos. This is because the voltage drop. Rob is putting together a sub ohm kit that should take care most of that problem.
