I did this very thing with an email I received from Mt. Baker Vapor--I received a rather snide reply that asked if I just wanted to be removed from their mailing list. I replied 'yes indeed'. Seems they have no interest in exploring other options.

This last order all of the glass arrived unbroken. I ordered 3 sets of the 7 piece, they were packaged very well- one set (the clear) was inserted in styrofoam, the other two were bubble wrapped well. Not a chip or crack this time.

I have the replacement glass from fasttech for the Kabuki--fits perfectly! They are 7 pieces for $3.87, and they have both clear and colors. The glass is pretty nice quality. Takes awhile to arrive--but a great price if you want to stock up with a bunch!

New family member arrived today. Love the Ghost White- ordered the clear CZ button and it is beautiful! Brilliant sparkle just like a diamond :). All dressed for Football Time in Tennessee! Go Vols!
