ProVarinati Diner & Saloon and Beyond

Hello everyone. I've been away from ecf in general, but did hear the bad news the day it happened. I've been vaping my Radius 60 pretty consistently the past few months, and dread the day it dies (as ALL electronics die), or gets lost, stolen, whatever. It's been fun collecting various mods...

    Molehill Mountain Arts Gang

Hello Mountaineers! I'd been lurking every now and then, only to look at my list of watched threads and see CLOSED BUSINESS and feared the worst (like something bad happened). Thankfully everyone's OK. Got all caught up on the suppliers thread, brag thread, and this thread. Not sure what we...

Hoping to hear from new 60w owners.

Much to my surprise, I just installed a SS notch coil, and the Radius 60 reads it as 0.24 ohms, and it's firing at 42W just fine! I have the CC firmware installed. I'll update if anything strange happens - I literally just starting using this build.

ProChat - All Things ProVape and Beyond

Hello happy Nautilus/Kabuki fans! I just set up a (soon to be) ex-smoker with an eGo-C Twist and Nautilus Mini. She had a lot of requirements, is an amputee, hangs everything around her neck, and weight was a prime consideration. Of course, I presented my ProVari collection, but "too heavy"...

Official ProVari Radius Thread - Part 2

Unless I've missed something new, there is no white model. Ghost White is a translucent color that lets light through, so when you fire the Radius, you see whatever color your fire button is set to light up the inside of the Radius. The metal on the Ghost White has no coating - it's bare...

That amp limit is for the atomizer, not the battery. As you already know, when discussing power drain at the battery, the resistance of the atomizer is irrelevant. Wattage at the atomizer is equal to the wattage at the battery, minus the device efficiency. At 98% efficiency, 60W, and a fully...

Official ProVari Radius Thread - Part 2

I believe I was one of those... ProVape have abandoned the 50% rule, as 60W at a 3.6V cutoff will eat 17A of a 20A cell (like the Samsung INR shipped with the Radius). They must be really confident in their battery testing, but still, end-users could put a higher mAH, lower amp cell in there...

Official ProVari Radius Thread - Part 2

I've been MIA for the past couple months due to a shoulder surgery to fix a SLAP tear on the biceps tendon. Someone who had rotator cuff surgery as well as the procedure I had said the rotator cuff procedure was a walk in the park compared to this. I'm in physical therapy, on an 8-month road...

HELP - Smoker needs hardware advice

Hello. The smoker is a friend of mine with specific needs. I have a collection of mechanical mods, APV's, RDA's/RTA's, etc. and haven't kept up with the smaller mods. I'm usually good at recommending vape gear, but this one has me stumped. My friend is a chain smoker who takes a few drags...

    Theorem RTA

Finally gave up on Angelcigs and ordered from OriginVape yesterday. Tracking number was issued within hours, it arrived at the sorting facility last night, and this morning it's "in transit to the destination". Probably take 3 days, since I only paid for first class mail, from New York to Los...

I love theremin music. They held a theremin concert/historical lesson recently, which was very interesting. They had a few different theremin's out in the lobby people could play with. A friend of mine has one which he uses in his DJ rig. Fascinating instrument, and used far more often than...

Well then, you're in luck. 300W mods are out! I've been vaping my SubTank's anywhere from 17W-30W (and obviously 17-20W on the P3, and above that the Radius and Procyon). With the Theorem on the way, I'll start off with the pre-installed notch coil on the SX, since the resistance is way too...

ProVape are very safety-oriented. A firmware update could change the wattage to whatever they wanted (within tolerances of their voltage boost circuit, and providing amp limits were adjusted accordingly as well), but only they know the specs of their components and what is reasonable within...

Yeah - electrically conductive glues and greases are like buying illegal substances - you pay top dollar, and by the ounce.

Crazy Glue isn't conductive. Imagine the frustration. That will never happen. The 18650-only Radius is 40W, and the 18650-only Procyon is 50W. I think ProVape has pushed the limits of an 18350 as far as they're comfortable with at 20W in the P3.
