The answer to both of those questions is YES. I suggest vaping 24-30mg during the day to keep off the analogs, and switching to a lower nic level when you "chain vape". Good luck kicking the cigs.

I always inhale the same way, ever since I started smoking and continued when I started vaping. I completely exhale and empty my lungs, pull vapor into my mouth, and inhale the vapor. My exhale usually takes a few seconds.
