You might have a loose coil, mine wiggles loose once in a while. I have to dump it out tighten it and it starts working again. I use a different tank, but I have had it happen on a few tanks. Mine would leak or not work at all when it comes loose.

You might have a bad o-ring on the coil or it is not tight enough. You should not have to muscle it in, just snug it. Once an o-ring(the little rubber band) kinks or breaks they have to be replaced.

I was like that but after a while the unit start to fail and have to be rebuilt. I know a few people that just throw the cartomizer out and buy a new one. But it is alot cheaper to replace the coil or wick. It is a little grubby though.
