Have you tried reducing the nicotine % you vape OP? It helped me a lot since I vape pretty much all day non stop... I used to get really light headed and would go faint upon standing up so I dropped to 8% nicotine and it stopped happening. But as kellycat said, drinking more water never hurt anyone.

I used to have this problem with dark juices like coffee or chocolate flavors but I have since switched to using Kanger TS3 bottom coils and a 50/50 PG VG juices and I get about a months use before I have to rebuild or replace tanks.
