There are no seals on mine, no wonder it is leaking. Myepack are not responding to any of my messages so I'm in a bit of a rut and don't know what to do. Does anyone know of any uk suppliers able to get hold of the rubber seals for me? Thanks for the great help you guys are awesome. Aiden

yes that is where its leaking, but mine doesn't sit on anything, its glass to metal either side of the glass :( Its deffo not right. I have emailed the company I got it off a few day ago but they don't seem to be responding.

I tried fa butterscotch and can't get the butterscotch taste to come out at all, can't describe the taste but it's nothing like butterscotch. Think I tried 3-4% last time. Left it to steep for 3 weeks.

I tried it on a couple of different bases and it's just the same, my shop bought atty has a nice airy draw with plenty of popping on the same bases also :( Would the ekowool make a difference as opposed to other types of wick?
