Nice! Currently using the Xtar VP2 charger. Can't remember why I chose that over the VC2...might be because of the choice to charge at 0.25a, 0.5a and 1a in case I needed a quick charge.

Ok thanks everyone. It was only if there was a simple way to see if the capacity was much lower now. Doesn't look like it so I'll just buy a couple more - they're not expensive :)

Thanks all My Samsung 30Q batteries are about 15 months old, and the LG HG2s are a bit over two years old. I'm sure that they're not lasting nearly as long as they did, but is there any way to quantify this? I've checked with a multimeter, and when fully charged, the voltage is showing around...

Thanks Ken, is that: (28/3.2)/0.9 = 9.7amps? So it's the low voltage cut off that should be used to calculate the discharge current, and not the voltage displayed on my mod? (which right now has actually dropped to 3.74v)

Thanks bwh I know it's between those three, and they're all 3000mah - I was just hoping that there's one of the three that sits above the rest in terms of longest lasting, if vaping at a fairly low wattage.

Hi all Will keep it brief as I know similar questions have been asked loads of times. I'm looking for the longest lasting 18650 battery - ie. time between charges. I use a Kanger subox mini (single 18650 mod) and only ever vape up to 30w. Always use 0.5ohm coils. No idea how some people vape...

Just spoken to her. She's fine with a wider tank :) Just doesn't want a box mod, which means I'll need to get her one of those metal skirts so that the tank lines up nicely with the battery. So we can forget the ego fit, just needs to be 510. Any other recs? Cheers

Finally...managed to get one stable at 1.6ohms. I think the coils were touching the sides of the head before.

Tried 5 times now. 6, 7 and 8 wraps. No coils touching that I can see. Getting 0 resistance on my Itaste. Any ideas??

hmmm I just measured the wire and it's 30 gauage, 0.25mm

arghh...just tried again...7 wraps. 0.6ohms apparently.

That was on a standard Evod coil. I just tried to make my first coil and it was a complete failure! 6 wraps, 0.2 kanthal (32 gauge ), 2mm ekowool. 1.2 ohms on the multimeter. 0.6ohms on the itaste. Played with the coil, moving them about. Now it's around 0 apparently. lol
