    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

I have 2 M Tanks that were ordered through vaperev over 2 years ago. They are made of Makralon and they are still just like new, after running countless numbers of the "caustic" liquids through them. I think most people don't like them because they are about 23mm instead of the Kayfuns 22mm...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

Haha, you having me want to revisit a funny-wicked horizontal coil I used to like with rayon. Never did it with rayon, and I have just enough rayon left to try it. I never stop having fun playing with Kayfuns. No other RTA I have does that. Oh, and on your shout out - you deserve a lot of...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

I was always a fan of the horizontal coil, mounted diagonally, and wicked with the steadfast "Truman" method. (thanks Truman). In a Kayfun, the air flow on a horizontal coil is going to take the path of least resistance. Although the deviation is minimal, it always results in the coil being...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

I'm sorry I didn't take step-by-step pics, didn't even cross my mind. It's very easy. 1 - Roll you out about a 5 inch long cotton wick (or the peaches & cream yarn if that's your thing). 2 - Wrap it around the coil, going in between the coil and the negative lead a few times, leaving the ends of...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

Never even thought of that :) Good point. One of the main benefits is that the wicking does not have to work against gravity (feeding liquid up to the coil from the lower deck) since the coil is always surrounded with saturated wicking.

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

If you are upgrading from a ProTank II, you are soon to experience vaping bliss. When I got my first Kayfun years ago, I HATED it. There are hundreds of different build/wick combinations, and many of them didn't work well together. The Kayfun is a work of art, and your build and wicking...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

Haha... I had a similar issue that eluded me for a bit, concerning your earlier post about mysterious drops of liquid. The liquid was not coming from the AFC, it was glued in the wide open position with a generous amount of blue loc-tited. Fill screw had a good o-ring, nothing coming through...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

I totally agree with you two. $180 is just too high (even though the quality and innovation actually do merit the price). With the V4 airflow wide open, it's too airy for mouth hits, and not airy enough for direct lung hits. You can take small short lung hits with the airflow wide open, but...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

LOL I think my wife contributes to global warming when she's mad, but maybe that's just MY globe. Massive clouds are not for everyone, but lots of vapers, including myself, find it as one of the many hobby/fun parts of vaping. Blowing clouds at 0.09? Not my style, but staying safe and having...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

I have many sub-tanks, I stopped buying them when I realized a new one is birthed every week. With my collection of atty's being silly in numbers, I feel sub-tanks and RDA's share common ground. Clouds... IMO Kayfuns are not in that arena, I mean who blows clouds with a Kayfun? Sure it can be...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

Those caps look nice, and a nice price. Thanks for the link, I'll pick up a couple for my tube mechs. On the box style mods like the flask, I like the Kayfuns to be as short as possible without having to go drop/nano. I want my tank to last at least a day.

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

I know it wasn't from FT, it was like 20-30 bucks, very high quality machining. If I can't find it, I might try the Fasttech option, thanks for the reply. The drip tip is from the StingrayX mech...

    Kayfun LITE - Part 2

OK So I have to start by saying im mentally challenged. There, that's out of the way. I bought this top cap a long time ago, and I can't remember who made it or where I bought it. I want another one and can't find this EXACT one. Anyone know?

    Clone Recipes

The relation to this thread, realizing that I did not list a clone recipe, should be apparent. When making a clone recipe, you are more than likely going to eventually come up with something that your palate likes better than the original juice you were trying to clone, which is always a great...

    Clone Recipes

When I first started mixing, clones were all I concentrated on, you know, save money making the juices I buy.. Familiar story. What I found out shortly after is that you can "dial in" almost any clone recipe and make it taste better than the authentic juice! Taste is SO subjective, and...

    Castle long clone recipe? Anyone?

There are SO many variations of the CL clone. While the basic flavor profile (stated on the Five Pawns website) is basically the same in all the clones, the subtleties are in the exact concentrates used, and the exact balance of stated (and unstated) components used by Five Pawns. I'm not...

Vapor Flask V2 clone .. who do we buy this mod from?

I'm going to say the same thing I said about Svoemesto's Kayfun Lite. Sometimes, a design is SO amazing that the original company that did all the R&D, prototyping, and testing deserve some credit AND some revenue! Now, I'm no vape snob, I have clones all over the place here. I don't know...

    Sony VTCs?

I've got SO many VTC 4's and 5's... In the vtc4 collection, I have 4 different labels/markings. 2 batteries actually say "Sony 31" under the SE codes, maybe those are the only 2 actual Sony batt's I own. Maybe those are not even Sony's lol. I use all the different vtc4's and vtc5's down to...
