I can tell the difference between cool carts and non cool carts. The peach flavor is marked cool carts but is not any different than the old carts. The peach cobbler are cool carts if they are wrapped in plastic and in a larger box. I did hear back from Jim at support and he offered to fix this...

I did use the new ticketing system but did not get a reply in time to use the recent family coupon I wanted to use. It is frustrating because as the number of mistakes gets higher, the less likely I think they are to make it right.

Well, they did it again. Ordered 7 packs of cool carts peach cobbler and received only 2 cool carts. This makes for a current. Total of 15 packs of cool cart peach cobbler that I have not received. Someone. Should open a better store if these guys can't get it right. Re-dissapointed!

You can also add a TINY bit of Splendex to the liquid to sweeten it. I get it on ebBay and it is 600 times sweeter than sugar. It can really help a flavor like butterscotch which is supposed to be sweet. Good luck!

A PCC that will work with the long batteries. PLEASE. Also, keeping flavors in stock. Especially Caramel-Mocha-Frappuchino. Hate the "premium cartos" -- they are more expensive and seem to offer no advantage. They do add sound effects with the "snap, crackle, pop..." Prices are a little high...

Yes, I would like it replaced. I think it is mislabeled. ET tastes like coconut. Sent two emails to V4L about it. No response.

I have emailed v4L twice about this. My english toffee tastes like coconut. Glad to see others with the same problem. BTW I don't like coconut.

If you buy the one for 510's, you can use adapters to charge the 808's in there. Course that's another kind of PITA.
