Well I know for sure it is not the atty/coil because I have used different attys I own to see if it makes a difference and the results are the same...
How would I check output?

So I have two dna30s one fires my atty at 4.1v and fires like a champ, take the battery out put it in my other dna30 out the same battery in it only fires at 3.2v and fires weak.. Both devices are set at same wattage, same atty, same build.
I've tried multiple batteries all result in the same...
Matt pm me your address got a care package I'd like to ship to you.
Also 3d printed mod is in my mailbox.. Only 9 1/2 more hours left till I get off work :/

Actually the DNA 30 by evolvs spec sheet says it will only fire .5 but the chip actually has a tolerance on the resistance reading allowing it to fire a little lower resistance

Build a 1.0 ohm single coil at 30 watts or a .4-.6 ohm dual coi at 30 watts.. But yes you could have a short on the center post inside the 510, the insulator may be fried etc there can be a number of variables here

If you are seeing different ohm reading you may have a small short in the atty somewhere or loose screws at the post. Check that out
