I soaked the original atomizer for about 7 mins in a 70/30 vanilla juice (70% vg), and gave it a few hits. That did help, metal taste is diminishing. Kinda tastes like vanilla coke out of can. LOL. My eGo T is 3.3v. When cleaning atomizers, should I use Isopropyl alcohol only?

The first atomizer had thick vape, with metallic taste. I initially added a few drops of juice on the wick of the second atomizer, which had weak vapor. I took it back apart and added some more primer drops with a bit of vanilla, and there's some improvement. Hopefully, I haven't gotten 2 bad...

Here's an update on my vapequest. I decided to go with the Joyetech e-Go T, and I am DELIGHTED. I sampled a number of juices in a store, and came away with some delicious flavors. Thanks everyone again for your great advice!
