Hey igetcha! You may have already mentioned this but how many 18500 batteries have you tried with the Provari? I mean, if you've only tried using 1 or 2 then it may just be a bad battery or two. If you have other 18500's or 18650's with the ext cap try every bat you can to see if the problem...

I honestly dont know exactly but it is very thick like VG. There high voltage juice puts out some of the best vapor and flavor IMO. Im told it burns slower then most juices which makes it perfect for 5 or 6 volts. I have another 30ml bottle of it and use it often.

I like strictlyejuice also. Have not tried their vanilla butternut but have been pleased with most of my purchases with them. Their Kona Coffee and Hooka series rocks!
