Soon after I posted this I noticed that the threaded section that is pressed into the switch head on the battery end was not straight. I put the switch head in a smooth jaw vise and lightly squeezed it, now it works perfectly.

Has anyone ever disassembled a Sigelei Legend v1 to repair the switch, mine is requiring more and more force to fire and I think it will soon not fire anymore. It is about a year old and has worked great otherwise.
