You could look at an itaste vv3 (pen-sized) or an MVP2 (box-style) (both Innokin products). Anything with a 4-5 ml tank on it isn't going to be discreet, but they both have pretty good battery life (the MVP wins here), and they're also pass-through with a micro USB connection. You could use it...

Maybe get a beauty ring? Might keep you from over tightening the topper your using and keep the post from being pressed down. Just a thought as I don't know what heads you're using.
