for some reason today i noticed that the bottle in one of REOs is very loose. It's pulled all the way down, it's just not snug. I was thinking about using some pliers to move the divider over a bit but was worried that would make the battery loose. Any suggestions?

My new D2 just arrived so I took the battery out of my REO and popped it in. The D2 read it at 3.6v and started charging. At 3.7v it said charging was finished. Am I missing something here? I can't find any info about this and it worries me that it won't recharge my batteries to 4.2v. Any thoughts?
