What kind of Atomizers do you use and like best?

RDTAs for me, atop of palm sized 21700 squonk mods. Full flavor of an RDA but with 10ml of juice on board. No need to carry additional juice, batteries or other supplies when out and about. Refill/recharge at night, maintenance free all the next day.

    What's your favorite e-liquid flavor?

A DIY VCT which is a Vanilla, Caramel and Tobacco blend with a hint of roasted peanuts. The Vanilla and nut flavors are subtle background nuances, the Caramel is up front and more pronounced but Tobacco is star of the show. I learned how to make my own a long time ago using commercial flavorings...

Not really digging rebuildables, keep at it or go back to SubOhm tanks?

If you like the convienance and flavor of factory sub-ohm coils then go that route, life's good, enjoy!. However, it might be wise to learn how to use RBAs and keep a few on-hand. Personally I don't like or use factory coil-heads. Price, long term availability, hit/miss manufacturing quality...

Officially taking that step over to Rdtas/RDAs. Wish me good good luck in my travels lol.

When I started vaping I learned how to build my own coils and after a few years got pretty good at complicated builds. I had tried several pre-built coils but didn't like them at all, slow ramp-up, poor flavor etc.. Then, by chance, I discovered a pre-built coil that was absolutely perfect for...

Your fav VG/PG ratio + Nic strength?

I mix 60/40vg @ 6mg nic. I run two mods in daily rotation, both are setup with dual coils @0.2 ohms fired at 55 watts. I use multi core fused Vandy Vape pre-built Clapton coils and wick them with organic Japanese cotton. I re-wick and dry burn when flavor starts to drop off usually after about...

    Factory coils vs RTAs/RDAs

I love the Pyro RDTAs and have a few in my stockpile. My favorite RDTA is the WOTOFO "Faris", I've been using them for many years and have quite a few stockpiled. I do have a few Vapefly "Galaxies" in my stash that are single coil but I bought those for my better half in case the factory coils...

    Factory coils vs RTAs/RDAs

Dual coil setups do go through a lot of juice. I'm just over 0.2 ohms and firing at 55 watts I use somewhere around 15 to 18ml a day. Fortunately I create my own NET so cost is just pennies a day but if I were buying retail juice I'd likely go single coil or at least try to. I like the intense...

    Factory coils vs RTAs/RDAs

RBAs for me, they allow skilled users the opportunity to fully customize their vaping experience. They can also help render the end user tax/regulation and ban proof. I use a 0.2 ohm dual coil multi-core fused Clapton setup wicked with organic Japanese cotton for vaping custom made hybrid...

Need recommendation for tobacco ejuice with no PG

The forums aren't nearly as active as they were a decade ago, it used to be hard just keeping up with new content as things moved at lightning speed back then. The good old days I've watched most of the top e-juice retailers close in the past ten years and each loss was sad. I knew this was...

Need recommendation for tobacco ejuice with no PG

Unfortunately, this sub-forum mainly discusses DIY extraction of flavor from tobacco with the ultimate intent of making NET (Naturally Extracted Tobacco) for vaping. For ready made retail e-liquids you'd have better luck using the "E-Liquid" forum. E-Liquid There are several posts within that...

First NET - thank you all!

Congratulations on making your own NET! My current all day vape is a hybrid NET made by mixing cigar extract with a Caramel Wild Wood flavoring I get from the Fox Trove store on ETSY. This has been my go-to mix for over a year.

    The Milder Side of NET's

I only plan to extract tobacco that I'm already familiar with (cigars). I have a lifetime worth of condensed extracts stored in a freezer so I'm pretty much just playing around these days. I haven't tried any new tobacco blends in a very long time.

    Cotton vs Rayon

Cotton -VS- Rayon? For me wicking material is like fine wine, which is "best" depends on what it's paired with. For fruit or candy flavored juice Rayon would be my choice but for NETs and/or bakery flavors cotton is king. Hybrid NETs are my favorite vape so organic Japanese cotton is my choice...

    The Milder Side of NET's

During the past ten years my taste preference has changed many times. I've been through a Virginia/ Perique phase, a Burley/Black Cavendish phase, an Oriental-Turkish phase, a Cigar leaf phase and a Latakia blend phase. I'm currently enjoying a weird hybrid Cigar phase. Ahlusion's "Caramel Wild...

    The Milder Side of NET's

I can vouch for SmokingPipes. A few years ago when Pipes and Cigars were suddenly and constantly out of stock on pretty much everything I wanted, I began buying from Smokingpipes. They've been a great vendor and usually have what I'm looking for. I still buy from P&C when/if they have what I'm...

    The Milder Side of NET's

Readily accessible (and relatively inexpensive) 190 proof PGA, wide variety of tobaccos at my fingertips, I sometimes take for granted how fortunate I am when it comes to making NET. I just finished extracting 6 Acid Blondie cigars. In solidarity with @Fredman1 think I'll re-use some of the...

    The Milder Side of NET's

Since importing tobacco is difficult for you what would be the harm in trying a second extraction on the tobacco you've already used? I personally wouldn't rinse it first (might wash some of the remaining flavor away), Just re-extract it. The results might not be as robust the second time around...

    The Milder Side of NET's

Personal taste and preference changes over time so it's good to have a variety of NETs to choose from. For the past month I've been enjoying cigar NETs, Acid Blondie and Rocky Patel. Both are extremely well aged (several years).

    Best regulated squonk MOD 2021?

I've been using Pico Squeeze 2's since they first came out. I love that they're palm sized yet accept a 21700 battery. They're durable too, I'm still using the first ones I bought. Unfortunately, Eleaf discontinued making them last year, they're a thing of the past and I haven't seen one...
