My comments basically have nothing to do with the nicotine content. But even so, BTW, how many of the folks here using eCigs are doing so for medical reasons (other than the obvious health benefit of not smoking cigarettes)? It's a way to not smoke. Period. That's why I use one. But I do...
Get real. We're not talking about some nebulus ingestion of nicotine. We're talking about inhaling vapor as opposed to NOT inhaling vapor. The fact that there are ingredients in that vapor that get absorbed by the lungs only serves to strenghten my point.
I didn't expect this to make me Mr...
In a sense, this is just splitting hairs. I prefer to be more honest with myself.
Have I quit smoking? Well, yes and no... it's not smoking, but it's not quiting either.
Is using an eCig better for me than smoking? Yes, I'm pretty sure it is.
Is using an eCig better than not doing it...
Uh, not exactly the point I was trying to make here.
You'd raise hell if our dear Nanny State outlawed eCigs, but you're happy enough for them to tell other people what they can and cannot do. You know what? That sort of attitude is precisely why they will have no trouble banning eCigs if...
Haven't been on this site in a while, but I saw something last night that I thought might be interesting.
My daughter has a role in our local high school's production of "Grease". I went to see it last night and noticed one of the leather jacketed "T-Birds" vaping an eCig onstage as a prop...
+1 on the paint pens.
I don't bother with different colors, though. I just use a gold one to mark carts. Primary flavor gets no marking. Next fav gets one gold dot and a third gets two parallel lines near the bottom of the cart. That's it for me. I don't use a lot of different flavors...
Blu carts are refillable. Just use an opened paper clip inserted through the air hole in the tip to push the inner cart that holds the e-liquid up where it's accessible. Refill with e-liquid and push the inner cart back down into place. It's still not going to last long, but will be a whole...
I liked my Blu, but decided to return it rather than wait for who-knows-how-long on a new PCC pack, since that was a big part of its appeal. I phoned in yesterday and got an RMA form emailed to me right away. They did neglect to include the required RMA#, but another quick call took care of...
Somewhere on the forum someone said they thought Ecopure Rich tastes like hose-water. When I get too light a hit of it I can definitely see where that was coming from (one of my favorites when hitting it hard, though).
There you go. Unmistakable water flavor!
THEN DON'T ANSWER! Simple as that.
But if instead you want to sit here and ..... about noobs asking questions, ANY QUESTIONS, then that's a great way to ensure a limited and dwindling membership for this site.
"Can't see the forest for the trees" seems the more applicable cliché. The OP clothed himself in self-appointed responsibility for answering all those repetitive questions... and then proceeded to vent about his irritation at having to deal with them. I find that extremely condescending.
Credit is overrated. Cash is better ;)
Seriously though, I hold no exclusive on common sense. You are more than welcome and no credit is needed or expected.
Perhaps some of us noobs would like the most recent info. For example, I searched and saw tons of posts about the Blu taking months to get shipped. I was so afraid that I'd be waiting forever on the Blu that I also ordered another e-cig, a 510, to use in the meantime. It arrived a day or two...
I agree that the Blu cats do not last long, at least not while giving a satisfying amount of vapor... though I do get more than the 5 hits mentioned. I top mine off a lot to keep it at peak performance. I also make sure to put a drop or two on the atty when I'm refilling. When I'm...
Just run a straw or tube to the bottom of the cup. Vent the lid and put a HEPA filter just under it... or let the foam I mentioned for securing batteries act as the filter.
Great thread. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! It actually looks pretty simple when it's laid out like that.
I think I could just use that same battery box and wiring plan with the switch and atty mounted to the cup instead of integrated. Use some foam inserts inside the cup...
Hi Carlos! By all means, if you like the idea go for it.
And, thanks for the tips. Like I saud, I'm a newbie. I can figure out the battery situation easy enough, I guess... same for mounting the atty. The most puzzling part is switching... like where do you get a switch and how do you wire...
