Atomizers/cartomizers with burnt taste
I'm using a boge 2.0 ohm on an eGo battery. I've tried letting them set a while, but it doesn't seem to help. With some cartomizers, just the first draw or two tastes bad, then it's fine. I wonder if there is some kind of primer inside that could be causing the problem, either too much or not...- LisaKay

I have the same thing happen to me. I haven't found a way to use the bad-tasting ones. It's very annoying to fill a new cart, then get that yucky, yucky taste. All that wasted juice, not to mention the dud cartomizer.- LisaKay

Just wondering if anyone has received their kit yet. Did they send you an e-mail to let you know it had been shipped? I keep checking my account with Puresmoker and it does not show anything. I'm not exactly an expert either, but maybe your atty is flooded? Do you get a gurgling sound when you draw on it? Try taking everything apart and blow into the cartridge end. You should get some brown, burned-looking juice coming out of the battery end so be sure and have a kleenex or...- LisaKay

Looking for a great 5 Volt Mod...
I use a Prodigy V2 from Puresmoker. It uses 2 3v batteries, but is supposed to vape at 5v. I love it, especially with cartomizers. It gives you a warm vapor, and lots of flavor.- LisaKay

I agree with Scott EE. At first, I really wanted an e-cig that looked like a regular cig and was about the same size. After getting a 510, I also got tired of constantly charging batteries and went for a mod. I don't care how big it is now, as long as it WORKS! I got a Prodigy V2 from Puresmoker...- LisaKay

Do USB Pass throughs really DIE after awhile?
Mine just croaked recently. I think some passthrus have batteries that the USB charges and those do die eventually, like all rechargeable batteries. I think other passthrus are using the USB to directly power the atomizer and I would guess that those would last much longer.- LisaKay

I have not been brave enough to try DIY juice yet. I have been using menthol only with my 510. Other flavors seemed pretty weak in comparison.
