matching the brush is harder, but yes, scotch bright might get you there. It's hard to match a brush that's been lathed though (if that's the finish). I've ended up chasing it over the entire cap to even it... good to have a range of SB when you try.

I run the Heron without fluff and an AGA-t2 cap. I use the cotton topper and drip onto it. It's fantastic and small. Here's a thread where I get very little love for my endeavor.

Received my 4th run Microstick in record time! Love the EMS ship even if it's pricey. Can I adjust the throw on the button ? It looks like I might be able to clip the staggered insulator to let the screw go deeper in to the button and shorten the throw... Suggestions ?
