TPA/TFA e-juice mixology
Im new to this forum. I am also new to creating my own flavors. I have some great ideas for "specialty/gourmet" flavors, but im not sure what % to mix. say there is a blend of three flavors should they total 20%? is that too much? a little help please!!!- lawless83
