What Are Your Vaping Pet Peeves

My absolute pet peeve is the well meaning but misinformed who come up to me and offer their cautions about the harm. The last time this happened I replied that if I was killing myself with a cigarette that they would have walked past saying nothing. Sent from my Moto E (4) using Tapatalk

Talk about Pods with an Old Fart

I just got a Vuse Alto and a couple of My Blu. I really like the idea of a tiny mod after toting around my Kanger rig. The simplicity is also something that I appreciate over the dealing with the RBA, making coils, rewicking and all the other things that go with having the Kanger. Sent from my...

    Vuse Alto

I just got one, didn't know that you could refill them. Good to know that. I'm in year 4 of vaping, and I have a Kanger subtank mini rig, but the simplicity has gotten me interested in using it as a grab and go. Sent from my Moto E (4) using Tapatalk

Tank for newbie to advanced users, subtank still?

Toptank is on my must get list. I also have been using the subtank RBA from the beginning. It's easy to work on and it really beats anything, especially the premade coils. I ran with a .5 ohm coil for months and just replaced the wick every so often. The only thing that the subtank mini lacks is...

Thoughts on Subox mini c starter kit?

I have all but given up on the mini c tank of late. The vapor is thin and airy and it leaks like crazy. I rebuilt the RBA in my old subtank mini and stuck it on the new mod. It still works awesome, though it looks a little funky with a white tank on a black mod. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

    My first tank was....

Protank mini was my first. Upgraded to a protank soon after. Got a subbox mini kit and still love that tank. Just got a mini c kit and still trying to like the protank 5 that comes with the kit. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Question about the Kanger Protank 5

The RBA deck won't fit. I've seen some rebuild vids on YouTube for the OCC coils, but as far as I know there isn't an RBA that will fit. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

New Vaper here - 11 days cigarette free

Welcome. I'm just past the 3 year mark. My suggestion is just wait for a few weeks until your taste buds recover from smoking. The flavor is there, you just can't sense it yet. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Polishing a sub box / tank?

I would think that the o rings should still seal. It's a really tight fit and they are literally what holds the glass on. I'm probably going to be doing the same thing to mine, since the white powdercoat is getting chipped up. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

Thoughts on Subox mini c starter kit?

Correct. That's really the main drawback to the subtank 5 that comes with the kit. The tank itself is nice, but being forced back to buying coils is a bummer. I got one yesterday to replace my old subbox mini, and I'm just going to be using the subtank on the new rig. Sent from my Nexus 6...

    Kanger Cupti 2 review

Thanks for the review. Very well written and I appreciate your thoughts on the pros and cons.

    Your first build, did you....

My first build is in my subtank mini. It's on its fourth wick, still going strong. In the time I've used the RBA I've probably saved $60 in not buying replacement coils.

kanger subox mini start kit.. spitting issue please help

Try lower watts too. I started out with mine in the 20+ range and got a lot of clouds and a little bit of spitting. Running 14-18 watts and it's still making clouds but no spitting. 50/50 PG VG Earl Grey tea is my flavor of the day.

    priming subtank mini vocc

Yes it is. I've found the sweet spot at around 17-20 watts with the RBA. going past that it hits a couple of times fine then dry hits. I think I'll rewick it again because I think I got the wick too tight this time lol.

    priming subtank mini vocc

I ran my .5 OCC all the way up at 50 watts and it didn't explode. It was a bit harsh, lol. After using one a couple of weeks I switched to the RBA and haven't looked back. It was the main reason I got the subtank because I was tired of buying replacement coils.

    Just bought Subox Mini

I wicked up the RBA yesterday and popped it in. That is the best way to use it! Flavor and vapor galore!

    Just bought Subox Mini

Haven't had any problems with it, though I am a little bit more cautious now. I would assume that the risk goes up as wattage increases. I generally run it between 15-25 watts.

    Just bought Subox Mini

It really hasn't been a problem for me. The 510 has worked with all of my toppers with no problem. I love the USB pass-through I can charge and vape in my car.
