I'm still confused as to what exactly this means for the future of the e-cig. Does it all depend on the SE case and whether the liquid is determined a tobacco product? If this is the ruling, it doesn't seem to be good as the bill focuses on flavors, marketing, ingredients, and nicotine strength...
